I am having problem updating my windows since my laptop accidentally got shut down once while updating. I found some solutions on the internet on how to use the checkSUR tool to fix some of the problems. I have solved most of the problems regarding missing CBS MUM packages. However, I have no idea how to go about the CSI C Mark Deployment Missing/Not Marked errors in the checkSUR log. sfc /scannow completes successfully. Ran the SFCFix tool.

Thanks BrianDrab. For now, I think I might have solved my problem, and threads in this forum has helped a lot. I mostly looked through the errors and matched with the registry entries, and removed the corrupted entries and packages. Now windows update is running smooth. I will mark this thread as solved.
