[Win7SP1Home x64] update fail error 80070490

Hi ,
I am unable to install windows sp1 on my sony viao laptop.
Its giving me a error 80070490 .

dism showing error 87
Neither is update rediness tool fixing it.
Checksur shows 13 problems

Not using a script file.

Also trying to upload the cbs.zip file but it wont show up after uploading completetion. Kinldy help.
