[Win7SP1 x64] WU will not install Monthly rollover

For the last two months, I have received the following error when installing the Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 x64-based Systems:

Error details: Code 80070005

I ran the SFCFix. The output is below:

As you can see above, the SFCFix failed to generate a zip file. Please advise on my next step. Thanks!
