[Win7SP1 x64] WU 2017-06 Sec. Monthly Quality Rollup fails: 80073701. SFCFIX is good.

I have tried installing windows update 2017-06 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4022719). It fails every single time.
I have run your SFCFix.exe and there were no errors on my hard drive.
I am attaching the CBS folder as well as the File from running the SFCFix.exe.
I have attempted to upload the zipped CBS folder but not sure if you got it. If not please let me know.

where is your CBS log file? i can see only sfcfix.txt file.
