Hello and thank you for your help. My computer had a virus and or malware. It would not boot into safe mode. I used Panda Cloud Cleaner. Now it will boot into safe mode. Next I noticed some programs did not install correctly. So I ran the sfc /scannow. The result was errors could not be fixed. I did a Google search and found your sfcfix, using it lead me to your forum. Please, find the attached log file in johnjar28_logfile.zip.
