Ok I need some serious help running Windows 7 64 bit and I keep getting stuttering and hang time in audio and skipping video when running a few things. I updated everything to the latest and I tried uninstalling the driver that controls my sata drives and wireless network adapter so setting them back to default. is there anyone who can help me or anything I can do? Hi KyleK87. Based upon what I'm seeing in the data, I'd say the very first thing you should do is max out the RAM on your Mobo. It looks like you have 16GB installed and I believe your Mobo can handle 32GB. Buy the fastest possible RAM you can afford and max that sucker out. It's also best to have matched sets of RAM when you do so.

Your hard pagefault data suggests you don't have enough RAM to handle what your system is trying to do and that will cause your audio issues. Also, your Mobo is replete with great features. It behooves you to learn what those features are, what they do, and what settings will serve you best for your needs.

I hope that helps for starters. I'd be interested to see what your numbers look like with your RAM maxed out and whether or not you still have the same symptoms. Good luck.
