[SOLVED] [Win7SP1 x64] SFCfix can't fix corrupted files in Winsxs folder

Hi, I've been trying to use the program to fix a certain .dll error, which prevents me from opening regedit.exe
"clb.dll error"

Apparently the said .dll file is corrupted, located in winsxs folder, which prevents any manual access.
(Was trying to fix it manually with backup clb.dll, can't get past permission/ownership)

SFCfix also detects other winsxs folder related corruption, which I'd be glad to have them fixed as well.
