Hi everyone,
My computer recently crashed while updating, after that I found windowsupdate not functional.
I used the dism .... /scanhealth command to locate a list of corrupted updates, download corresponding msu files from m$ update catalog, and fixed all but 2 KBs:
KB3102429
KB3139923
Here is the relevant part of the checksur log:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 300
Found 7 errors
Fixed 5 errors
CBS MUM Missing Total count: 7
Fixed: CBS MUM Missing. Total count: 5
Fixed: CBS Paired File. Total count: 5
Unavailable repair files:
servicing\packages\Package_40_for_KB3102429~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.mum
servicing\packages\Package_40_for_KB3139923~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.mum

servicing\packages\Package_40_for_KB3139923~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.cat
i suspect that the updates are of an older version, which is why the ones I recently downloaded (both has "v2" suffix) failed to work.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance. =>
