Good Evening im hoping someone can help me with this problem i will admit i know some things about computers but im not that good as fixing them.

it started with a BSOD and then my Firefox kept Crashing the tabs i mean and it got so bad that the browser would crash and sometimes even restart my machine.

i have done memtest though i dont know if i did it right it said 6 passes, Ive also do a sfcscannow and it came up with some files that are corrupted ive attached the file for you to have a look at it as i cant make head nor tail from it, i did however think if i reinstalled or upgraded my Windows 7 disk it might sort out the problem but anytime i try run the installation its saying files are missing, ive tried the USB method and also the DVD one i have an original disk and that said the same thing Im really at a loss on what to do so any help with this would be amazing

Thank you
