[SOLVED] [Win7SP1 x64] KB4019264 & KB4019265 fail: WU error 80070005

As far as I know, this error states that there is a permission problem (access denied)

What I've already tried:

• disableing Antivirus Software (Microsoft Security Essentials)
• Microsoft fix it
• removed and recreated Windows/SoftwareDistribution folder
• sfc /scannow, which fails for me too after 31% "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"
• running SFCFix.exe with the following output log:

SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2017-05-18 16:15:03.142
Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - amd64
Not using a script file.
