Hi everyone,
I'm having problems installing the updates KB2952664 and KB4034664. I tried everything that I found on internet. Try to install manually, do SFC, do DSIM, download and apply the "System Update Readiness Tool" (KB947821) and nothing, the install won't update, everytime I tried, it's fail.
For this reason, I came here for your help.

So, this is what i get whit the SFCFIX:

SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2017-08-15 10:24:58.663

Hello and welcome to Sysnative forums.

I haven't had a look at the CBS.zip log's yet as my Antivirus doesn't like SendSpace, could you please upload this file to Dropbox or One Drive?

We can start work on repairing the corruptions from SURT though.

SURT Package replacement

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Download Packs.zip that is attached to this post and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
  3. Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
  4. A window will open showing two folders, Manifests and Packages
  5. Open the Manifests folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
  6. Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
  7. Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
  8. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

SURT is not reporting any more issues which is good:
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 3088
 Found 73 errors
[B][COLOR="#FF0000"] Fixed 73 errors[/COLOR][/B]
CBS MUM Missing Total count: 73
Fixed: CBS MUM Missing. Total count: 73
Fixed: CBS Paired File. Total count: 73

I can't access the dropbox link at this time:
Error (429)

While we wait for dropbox to respond, can you try and update windows again?

Ok, i tried the Windows Update and it failed again with the same code error.

I uploaded the old CBS and the new CBS (Don't know if it's needed) on OneDrive.

I can see some faults that have been identified here, the logs appear to be from windows update service. I would like to see first if SFC is reporting any issues:

SFC /SCANNOW

  1. Click on the Start button. Inside the search box type in CMD
  2. Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
  4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the Start button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code:
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
  4. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to you next post please upload via Dropbox or One Drive

Download and Run SFCFix

Please download and run SFCFix from >Here<

It will take about 15 minutes to process. Once the scan has completed a notepad file will launch with the results. Please copy and paste the entire contents of the results and post them back into this thread. Please put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.
