[Win7SP1] SP1 Update ?

I did a fresh install of Windows 7 onto an SSD & installed SP1. The Computer Properties indicate SP1 is on the PC.

I just got Windows Updates working & one of the Important Updates listed to install is SP1, & it is the same KB976932 that is already listed as an installed update.

Has anyone else ever had this happen? Is there any reason why Updates wants to install it again? Should I proceed to do it & if so will it just over write the existing one?

This thread from August 2014 shows it was offered to people running 32 bit versions of Windows 7. It was only 2MB so it seems to be a patch for SP1. I checked my notes and I did install it on the two Win 7 computers in the house running 32 bit versions (one Home Premium and one Pro). It was not offered to the two 64 bit computers in the house.

If you are running a 32 bit version of Windows 7, then install it.
