[SOLVED] [Win7SP1] pc keeps reverting on patch install

Hi. I have a pc that keeps saying the patch installed successfully but when it reboots to do the windows configuration it fails and reverts changes. I ran the WURT and it found nothing. The checksur is attached. I uploaded the components file to the link below.
