[Win7SP1] KB4019624 fails with error 8024200D

Hello,

I have windows 7 SP1 system, issue is only with KB4019624 fails with error 8024200D.

Rest other updates installs without any issue, leaving the system vulnerable as KB4019624 fails without any clue.

We ran System update readiness tool which came out clean, ran Sfcfix which says no corruption found.

Awaiting for your prompt reply.
