Hello,
I am unable to install most of the Windows Updates on a client's computer, in particular the Monthly Rollups. Oddly enough, when you go to install them, it shows Downloading Windows 10 only to fail shortly after. It's as though the person was going to upgrade to 10 and for whatever reason didn't and now it tries to do it anyway every time Windows Update runs. The KB for Windows 10 upgrade is NOT in the Windows Update list and so I can't delete or hide it. I ran a System Readiness Check and there are around 800 errors.
FWIW, it is a similar issue to https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...able-apply-kb3185278-after-hd-corruption.html, but it was suggested to start a new thread for a custom fix.
Any idea what I can do short of wiping it clean?
Thank you!
