[Win7HomePre x64] SP1 won't install (Error: 0x80073712)

Hello everyone, I've tried to fix this issue for quite a while. I have run SFC, SFCfix, SUR and more, but nothing is working. I have also tried to update to SP1 manually and have tried to update using offline programs, but none work. I always get the error of 0x80073712.

Here are some files that I hope can help in finding out what's wrong.

I am not the most adept at fixing things, and I would appreciate any kind of help. If any more info is needed, I will respond as soon as possible.

Any help please ? :s. SUR says there are "CSI Payload File Missing". And the service pack 1 won't install no matter what i try.

I got confused and did not update the CBS folder. But here it is now. I did the sfc /scannow prior to making the rar. Also uploaded it into Dropbox because it was not showing up when I tried to upload it to the site.

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
6. SFCFix will now process the script.
7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
8. Attach the file into your next post for me to analyze.
