Win7 x64, unresolved SFC Errors, BSOD 221 after Overclock

Hello everyone,

a few days ago, I tried to overclock my CPU a little bit, minor FSB increase of <50MHz with mostly stock voltages, nothing too fancy.
Anyways, I ran into a BSOD:
"C0000221 Unknown Hard Error
....\ntdll.dll"

This only appreared during the OC attempt. If I go back to stock settings again, everything is fine.

Anyways, I want to make sure that this is purely caused due to bad OC settings and that's why I wanted to see if everything else is alright.

OS is Windows 7 Professional N x64 bit.

I let a "sfc /scannow" run and it stopped after 29% and created a CBS.log.

The converted Log can be read in the sfcdetails.txt below.

It shows one file that couldn't be fixed:

Then I extracted the "CtrlAltDel.adml" from the Win7 Prof. N x64 Iso and copied/replaced it in "C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\de-DE".
Let the check run once again, but the error remained.

Then I stumbled across this forum and tried the sfcfix.exe.
The result is in the "SFCFix.txt" below.

Started another sfc /scannow run and this time it got to 38%.
The result can be seen in the same "sfcdetails.txt" below, the last two entries.

In addition to the errors above, now there are even more:

I reinstalled the "System Update Readiness Tool" and here are the two Checksur Files:
(See attachments)

I hope I provided all the information you need, would be nice if somebody could take a look at this. If anything is missing, just tell me and I will try to provide the information.

Thank you very much. :)
