[Win7 x64] SFC issue: MSDTC.LOG

Been running SFC and then follow with SFC fix. I have one issue that seems to have a permission Glitch. regardless of the number of times I run SFC and SFC fix this is still an issue.

Here is my proposed fix:

I will drag this fix onto sfcfix.exe and I will post the log to this page. I already have sfcfix.exe downloaded to my desktop.

I will save any work that I have and I will close every "PROGRAM"
I will launch SFCFIX and I will let it complete.
Then I will post scffix.txt to this forum.
