Win7 Ult 32 - Unable to install SP1(KB976932)

Hi. I'm currently experiencing problems in installing SP1 on my system. Using Windows Update stops me with a Code 80073701
Using the application provided by Microsoft for installing the Service Pack produces the error sxs_assembly_missing 0x80073701
Currently running on a Windows 7 Ultimate system. May I request some assistance on this matter?
