Win7 to Win10 Upgrade Error (0x8007001F - 0x20006)

Hi,
When trying to upgrade from Win7 to Win10 on an Dell Latitude E6430 - I repeatedly get the following error:

0x8007001F - 0x20006
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC Operation

Can someone pls help? TIA
