Hi!
For a bit of context I can say I've encountered very similarly the same issue as this thread, albeit with a slightly different error code:
[SOLVED] - Win7 x64 can't install KB4054518 and KB4480970 (nor fix all my CheckSUR errors)
Context is the same, I want to do the uprade to win10 but get stuck when it's almost finalized on error code 0x80073701. I also have a couple of updates that won't install in regular windows update which also gives me the same error code (KB4467107 is the one that lingers and won't install).
What has happened since then is I've gone through the CSUR process and have gotten it down from 1000~ CBS NUM MISSING down to just a few ones which all relate to three specific ones, KB2952664, KB4014565 and KB3210131. This history you can see in the checkSURpersist file obviously..
When I try to manually install them they say they're already installed.
Opening up "Turn windows features on or off" just results in a blank window
Looking through other threads I grasp and can follow the process but I'm not brave enough to try this out myself heh. Many thanks in advance
I've gone through steps #1,2,3,4 in your faq, sfcfix.txt:
