Win7 SFC Errors

To give you some further details. I have downloaded SFCFix.exe and tried to run it, however i get the following error message (which I have been seeing with other programs that i try to run)

"The program cant start because msi.dll is missing from your computer"

Given the amount of corruption, a repair install may be the best and quickest solution to resolving the issues with your computer.
