WIN7 Prof SP1 64bit, Windows Update errors, 80070490, 8024200D

Recently, windows update has failed installing with error messages 80070490 & 8024200D. I have attached a list of the updates that failing installation. I have also provided a link for the CBS.zip folder file that is in excess of 7MB in size.

If so, please note that your corruption is extreme and that your best bet would be a Repair install, because that way, you would keep all the settings and apps unchanged.
