Win7 Pro - Windows Update Error Code 0x80073712, Corrupt files in winsxs

Hi there!

i faced into Windows Update Problems since i changed mainboard, cpu and ram nearly one month ago. I ran different problem solutions including sysnative SFCFix. Because one dimm produced errors (i didn´t know that time) i corruped a lot of files in winsxs folder :(

I changed all the dimms, did a ram check and everything runs fine.
So i ran KB947821, sfc /scannow and SFCFix again -> reducing from more than 6000 corruped files to 75!

But SFCFix ist still unable to repair those 75 files :(

Hope someone could help?
I tried running "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" but this produced the error 87 - not available in my win version :(

Hello and welcome!

FRST Registry Search
 1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
3. Select the Programs group.
4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
6. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
7. Copy and paste KB4093118 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
8. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

I ran all the steps and the File SearchReg.txt is quite clean/empty:

"Some Updates couldn´t be installed

Please do the following:

Retrieve Components Hive
 1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service and just provide the link here.
