Hi,

Apologies for the lack of replies, we can get pretty backed up!

First of all, the only attached DMP file is from 2012. Do you happen to have any dump files from recently?

Regards,

Patrick

No worries about the lack of replies, I'm just glad a community like this exists and appreciate the help I've received so far.

I don't think I have a recent dump file. I did start that driver verifier /query last night, but after it BSOD again, I didn't bother to start it back up.
I'll check when I get home, but what/where would other dump files be located?

OK I think I may have figured out the problem. The firmware I had on the Crucial M4 was 0009. There seems to have been an issue where crashes would occur after 5000 hours.

We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting a small number of users whereby their m4 causes their system to require a restart. This issue occurs after approximately 5,000 hours of actual “on time” use. Following the initial reboot, the system then requires subsequent restarts after each additional hour of use. However, the data on the SSD is unaffected and will not be lost due to this condition.

I've updated the firmware version to 070H and checked my "Power On Hours" in CrystalDiskInfo and its at 5845 hours.

Hopefully this will solve my problems.

Good work, that will definitely do it. Keep us updated after updating the firmware. If you crash again, the filepath for crash dumps is > C:\Windows\Minidump

Regards,

Patrick
