[Win7] BSOD after 5-10 minutes [STOP 0x000000F4]

Thanks for any help! It is crashing even in safe mode. Defragmented disc, cleared with CCleaner, restored with system point that was 7 days ago but after hour it is still crashing after 5-10 minutes. It´s not creating dump files and it is set correctly.

Your eventviewer logs do not indicate the F4 crash, making it difficult to ascertain the actual cause. It could be something as simple as Windows corruption. Have you tried an in-place upgrade install of Windows 7 to see if it fixes the issue?
