I have a customer computer that fails to apply the April roll-up update. I have run SFC which fixed some errors, I have run the update troubleshooter, I have deleted the contents of the Software Distribution download folder and Datastore folder, I have tried to install the standalone update. I tried it with antivirus and firewall turned off. None of these things have worked. I am wondering if there are any other things to try. This is a Windows 7 Home 64 bit Toshiba Laptop.
