[SOLVED] Win7 2019-10 Monthly Quality Rollup Update fails with Code 80073712 Unknown Error

Hello dear sysnative community,

First of all, sorry for my bad english!

I am trying in vain to install the latest security update 2019-10.

Things I've tried so far:

1. SFC /SCANNOW - all fine
2. System-Update Readiness - installed
3. Run SFCFix - here come´s some error and the notice: Seek advice from helper or sysnative.com

i attached the CBS.log, CHECKSUR.log, SFCFix.log and hope you can help me!

I thought for a moment that it might be the RAM but to be honest, no we have not tested yet ...

will now test the RAM and then give feedback
 
Did you leave it running for 4 passes?

First fix:

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download the attached fixlist.txt and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

i have a problem with FRST64 ... i can not find a fix button! Sceenshot is attached.

what should i press?

Short message ...

i have tried to install the 2019-10 monthly update ... successfull!
Now i have tried to install Windows 10 Upgrade and become an other update error ...

i hope you can help me twice!
