Hello and welcome,

Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

The log is clean.
Restart the machine.
Try to install KB5031419 only again.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

I did.

First I stoped the Windows Update Service.

Delete the CBS.log file.

Restart the computer.

Try again to install the KB5031419.

Same problem, the KB apears to install again.

CBS attached.

Regards.

Delete the CBS.log file.
Please don't delete any log files. They may contain important information for tracing the problem.

Attach the file C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log to your next reply.

The requested file C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log is not in the attachments. Please attach this file only.
