Win11 Update Not Installing, Error - 0x800705b9

Hi, I'm trying to update Windows 11, but I keep getting an Install Error - 0x800705b9. I've tried following a number of tutorials online, but to no avail.

I've tried the following:
1. Updating through Microsoft Update Catalog - installation failed
2. Tried to update using the latest Windows 11.iso file - received the "installation failed" message.
3. Windows Update Troubleshooter - installation failed
4. I tried deleting the "SoftwareDistribution" folder - installation failed
5. Tried running DISM but I get an error 193.
