[SOLVED] Win11 KB5027231 Fails, SFC OK, RestoreHealth Fails

Logs attached.
The MSU standalone patch installer fails.
DISM asks to specify a source and fails with dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:wim:d:\sources\install.wim /limitaccess (a Win11 May23 ISO mounted).
Please assist.
