[Win10v1511Build10586 x64] I'm unable to upgrade from 1511 to 1607

Hello all, I've tried all ways to update to version 1607, Wwindows update assistant,
media creation tool, iso file, updater offline, etc and it always fails.
Any advice to solve this problem?

I run the first step of the guide "sfc /scannow" and I attach the output.
May I go ahead with the other steps ?

Just complete all the steps until 5. After the fifth, attach zipped CBS folder as indicated by the instructions.
