[Win10ProV1703Build16215 x64] Windows Update throws error 0x80240034

Hey guys!

It's me again, turning to this amazing forum again because I just did not find any helpful info on how to fix Windows Update error 0x80240034 - even after googling for days.
I am on Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview build 16215.1000 and attempting to update to 16226.1000 and am getting error 0x80240034.[FONT=&quot]Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
...run without throwing any error.

Deleting C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution also didn't help any.
