Re: Windows 10 Restarts in Sleep Mode

Hi and Welcome to Sysnative!

Could you provide us with a little more information on the issue?

  • Is there a set time when the PC is restarting?
  • How often does the PC restart from sleeping? Every time?
  • How are you aware that the PC has restarted?

Good* Morning Masterchiefxx17, there is no set time, Every time? Yes

  • How are you aware that the PC has restarted? im not aware "maybe" it,s not starting*

if i put it in sleep mode it brings back the windows 10 login
if it goes to sleep by itself same thing back to the windows 10 login

The behavior of sleep mode resuming with you needing to login is the default behavior. To further understand whether your system is actually restarting :
  • Are the programs you had open prior to the system sleeping still open after logging in?
  • Are you receiving any error messages after logging in following sleep mode?

Additionally, while you may not be experiencing a blue screen crash, the logs provided by the blue screen posting instructions may be of some use in tracking down what is occurring with your system:

Hi Everyone, thanks for the replies. The computer is not restarting just waking from sleep by itself. i have read on google to fix this sleep problem you need to do something with the BIOS which i no nothing about.
