Re: Critical Process Died

Hi chris22. :welcome:

Try to remove/uninstall MDLCSvc.exe (Dell Foundation Services).
It seems there's a newer version on your manufacturer website (for your model), therefore if you need it you can reinstall it later.

Re: Critical Process Died

Thanks for the welcome! I am not able to uninstall in safe mode :) Needs the MS installer service running, which can't be ran in safemode

Re: Critical Process Died

Let me state: I was able to add the registry key with this command and uninstall DFS

Key is below

REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\MSIServer" /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D "Service"

Re: Critical Process Died

Any chance to see the new minidump?
Are you using two antiviruses? (avg and mcafee)
I saw you are using Driver Agent: try to roll back the drivers, using the original ones.

Re: Critical Process Died

The latest minidumps still show MDLCSvc.exe (Dell Foundation Services).
Are you sure you uninstalled it?
Have you got other dell software?
