I have tried sfc and dism to correct but no success.
sfc completes 100% but indicates "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."
DISM fails @ 82.7% error 1726.
These lead me to try SfcFix however I am unable to get it to run without initial crash -
