Hello :)

After I had a blue screen a few days ago, I started having a few problems.First of all, chrome and other programs I had installed (EVE online launcher and Notepad++) would give me errors and tell me to reinstall. Did it and it worked.

Besides that, my start menu and search bar have problems I haven't found anywhere, I'll try to descrive them:
On the search bar, it doesn't let me search for more than one key (or two, if I'm fast enough), and then, after ~2sec, it shows the results for a split second, then closes.
On the start menu, when I click on the power button, it also hangs for ~2s and then closes.

I saw online that the best way to solve start menu problems was to run sfc, then I found it didn't work, which is a bit more troubling.
When I run sfc /scannow, after ~5sec, it shows "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.".

At this point I did a normal and boot time scan with Avast, and malwarebytes, no viruses found.

Running dism ( DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ) didn't work either: it gives me "Error: 87 The cleanup-image option is unknown".

The "Reset this PC" option also failed, it says: "Could not find recovery environment.". Also tried using a recovery point with no success.

After a bit, I found the "SFCFix" on a site, and after running it, it found no corruptions, and told me to come here if my problem persited :)
I'm including the log, since it told me to, but it's not very useful.

Could someone please lend me a hand?

Att,
Bably
