It does appear that this is an old version of Windows 10, but these files shouldn't cause the update to fail.
Do you use an antivirus product and have your license information available? If so, please uninstall it for testing.
Next follow these instructions to configure Windows for clean boot:
Clean Boot
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Or, if you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search.
- Type msconfig in the search box, and then tap or click msconfig.
- On the Services tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click Disable all.
- On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click Open Task Manager
- On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click Disable.
- On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click OK, and then restart the computer.

Once the computer has restarted, create installation media for the Windows 10 Anniversary Update using the media creation tool here:

You will need an empty 8GB flash drive.
Once the media has been created, run setup from the flash drive and choose the 'keep my files and settings' options to upgrade.
If the upgrade fails, zip and attach C:\$Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log[/QUOTE
Windows update failed but my usb drives and other drives are working now.
