[WIN10] DPC latency issues ndis.sys and nvlddmkm.sys

I have few problem DPC Latency on Windows 10 (X64)

I do a Few Operation :
- Desable Lan, reinstall old version, Nothing
- reinstall clean nvidia drivers with : Display Driver Uninstaller, Nothing
- Install Old version Nvidia Driver Nothing
- Desable C1 Support Bios and Windows
- Desable CPU Throthing
- Optimise Win10 for Audio

But nothing always 1000ms

I make :

xperf -on PROC_THREAD+LOADER+PROFILE+INTERRUPT+DPC+DRIVERS+POWER+IDLE_STATES -stackwalk Profile -BufferSize 1024 -MinBuffers 256 -MaxBuffers 256 -MaxFile 256 -FileMode Circular

xperf -stop -d C:\CPU.etl
