The sfc reports uncorrected errors - CBS.log attached (SFCfix.exe that was run after sfc failure without any zip file crashes - uploaded one dump from my machine), dism with online restorehealth returns error 193, reset (with or without apps) fails and update to the latest creators update build using USB drive fails.
