"2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems Security Update(KB5027215)"

My system, a Win10-22H2-x64 (OSbuild 19045.2913) — I've tried renaming & removing the "softwaredistribution" folder PLUS everything else I could find searching the "World Wide Waffle".
I've left it to do auto Windows Update and I've tried manually updating. Each time doing a prior "clearing/removing" everything as per the various site guidance/instructions I could find. I've now paused Windows Update until who knows when, cause I did a pause about a month ago, and Windows tried to do an auto update it failed again.
The "couldn't complete the update..." message appears usually between 89% & 93% and then it does a rollback before restarting.

I would appreciate any form of assistance and/or explanation as I've now done the following to get me here:
SFCFix (SFCFix.txt doc attached)
I've done all the steps #1 - steps #4
ComponentsScanner, with txt doc attached, and CBS.7z attached.

Thanking you in advance
Jay

@Gary R
So far so good... The process: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
ran long, but no errors (see attached screen shot)

I'm gonna enable Windows Update now and see what happens... (fingers crossed buddy) LOL.

@Gary R
Hi. I'm not sure what happened to my last post... It seems to have "disappeared".
My last update was to advise you that the Windows Update ran 100% with the first update and restart, then with the next one (2023-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5027215) it downloaded the update, during the full restart it got as far as 95% and then couldn't complete the update and undid the changes and restarted.
Herewith the CBS.log (zipped).
