Win10 20H2 Error looping with better driver

Just applied the Win10 20H2 patch.
After a reboot and running Windows Update it loops with:

Windows Update
Error encountered
Last checked: Today. 1:57 PM
A current driver on your PC may be better than the driver we're trying to install, We'll keep trying to install.
Retry

No resolution with removing all drivers that were more recent than Oct 2020:
- Kensington Switchblade
- Logitech
- HP Printer

Results of:
sfc /scannow - corrupted & repaired, reboot, clean
dism - no errors detected
