Win10-1903 - Movie Maker not working

Hello Forum,
I just upgraded to Win10 built 1903.
In 1803 I used Movie Maker with great success.
Since the upgrade existing .wlmp projects are not opening properly anymore …
some, but not all, clips won't load properly - "Fix It: you must delete the file" - different ones every time I open the project.
The same project worked just finer only hours ago with 1803.
The same problem occurs on a different computer.

Is this the final end of Movie Maker?
Is there a fix?

Please, microsoft People, look into that ... Movie Maker is the best amongst all free ones!

We've been shooting our film for a very long time, about six months. We've chosen a variety of locations: on the seashore, in empty cities, and even in the rocks. The coolest thing was spending time together and creating scripts. We shot in the spring and summer, often at the foot of the mountains. Every day we met gorgeous sunsets. We also invited other guys as actors and made a lot of new interesting friends. Our short film turned out to be cool, I hope you enjoy it. You can watch it on watchseries canada movies. Making a movie with close friends is an unforgettable experience.
