I fixed windows updates not finding updates by resetting the update services and re registering the bits service and dll files that's all fix now my problem is when i did a scan and checked both log files its saying it has corruption here is a few lines from the log so are you sure there is no corrupted files/missing data?
there are a good amount of lines that its saying Error: Overlap: Duplicate ownership for directory for different files/folders
also its saying for a few files/folders that its owned twice or has its security set twice
and this Failed to clear CorruptionDetectedDuringAcr store corrupt flag (slow mode trigger). [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
Warning CBS Current tick count: 800 lower than last tick count: 948. [HRESULT = 0x8007000d - ERROR_INVALID_DATA]
CSI meta data corruption found, will commit repair transaction if repair is asked.
2018-03-17 02:28:52, Info CBS Exec:Only CSI metadata corruption found, Process CSI repair.
and a few warnings in the dism log so i don't know if that's fine or not if not if you can guide me on how to fix thanks

My long experience with the logfiles. Not every error you see has to be addressed. The very first thing you'd notice if there really was an error, would be the fact that WU stops working.

If you wish I can recheck, run DISM and attach CBS.log.

no need to rerun scan it will be the same that i have uploaded here so is it's ok that permissions are missing/broken/duplicates? don't windows needs the right permissions on files and folders too work right to be able to change update and fix files and it's fine that its saying CSI meta data corruption found and CorruptionDetectedDuringAcr store corrupt flag ? maybe there is corruption but with bad permissions it can't find change/ fix the issues and clear the corruption flag?

Again, there would be issues with Windows updates. DISM always says that, but if no corruptions are shown in the Checking System Update Readiness or Error lines in CBS.log, then all is well.

Can I get some help windows updates again now will not find updates for the 3/22 cumulative update i did the update troubleshooter and it says troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem and i run the bits troubleshoot and comes back saying bits service registration is missing or corrupt also when i run the troubleshooter in event logs its saying event 1001 windows error reporting

Okay, please download the update manually, disconnect from the internet and attempt the install. If successful, re-enable the internet and check for Windows Updates. This has worked for one person.
