Hi there,
My laptop specs are:
· Windows 8
· x64
· OEM
· Age of Hardware - Arrived in mail ~2 weeks ago, NVIDIA 675MX is roughly 1 year old, so I'd go around that?
· OS as is out of the box

· CPU - i7 3630QM @ 2.4 GHz
· Nvidia GeForce 675MX
· MotherBoard - Intel HM77

· System Manufacturer - MSI
· Exact model number -
GT70 0ND-491US

Basically, whenever I run a game (or anything that really needs my card to run for more than 10 minutes, stutter lag starts to occur. After another 10 minutes, the application will completely freeze and the audio will become extremely distorted. Wait a few minutes after that, and it BSODs with the Watchdog Violation error popping up. If anyone can assist me on this, I would be very grateful.

Thanks.

http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=klim6.sys
http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=klif.sys
http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=kl1.sys

Use removal tool - http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146

Reboot upon completion so boot drivers can be removed.
