[SOLVED] Win 7 x64 Updates Error (80246007)

I've downloaded Windows Update Diagnostic, Microsoft Fixit, and I've also followed instructions to reset windows updates on the MS website. I've tried to update in a clean boot environment. Nothing is working.

I've also run sfc /scannow and it doesn't find any issues.

I'm trying to upload the CBS log and it appears that it is much too large for what the uploader supports (25.6 MB). Not sure what to do about that.
 
One thing that is weird in the CheckSUR.txt says CSI Manifest Missing 0x0000002 amd64_system.web........

Is AMD referencing my CPU? This is an Intel CPU.
