Win 7 update KB97632 error 80073701

So i have this notebook and every time i try installing updates i get that error, i really need to install sp1 but i cant, can u guys help me?

Are there any language packs installed on the system and if so, which?

Which edition of Windows 7 is installed?

Thanks for the quick response, there are 2 language packs: English(United States) and Spanish(Spain, International), Spanish has 2 options, Spanish and Latin America (Thats the one i use)

it has win 7 pro activated.

Do you know if i do a clean install of windows 7 (probably x64) with the dvd and all, it will not have problems with the sp1?. :huh:

That would most definitely fix the issue, yes, ideally install it with SP1 integrated, but I'd be happy to assist if you want to keep the current system, but speaking from experience with the types of errors I'm seeing in your logs it may take weeks to fix. Your call. :)
