Win 7 SP1 x64 - "CSI Payload File Missing" and CbsPackageServicingFailure2 errors

Hello

I had some windows updates that were blocked since a few weeks ago and Internet explorer 11 install attempts failing as well. I managed to repair several errors with the System Update Readiness Tool but I still have a few error messages in my CheckSUR.log and I have no other computer where to copy the missing files from.
