Win 7 - Run SCF Scannow and identified downlevel api corrupt files - what next?

Hi Guys, thankfully found your site and SCFFIX - got the familiar unable to update windows cos of various missing downlevel-api's. I have run SCANNOW and looking at the resultant txt file identified 9 corrupt files - copied these from my laptop that is working, but of course I have insufficient permissions to simply copy them back to the directories that they are in. Are you able to help me out and create a sfcfix.zip file for me? Many thanks indeed. Mark here's the SFCFIX.TXT identifying the corrupt files
