Win 7 Pro update fail and bluescreen

Hi,

I am having daily bluescreen problems on Win 7 Pro SP1, so i am trying to upgrade to Win 10 through iso file ( Lenovo X250 without DVD rom )

The update eventually fails with message "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLACE_OS operation"

Windows updates in general also fails all the time, and have been doing that for quite some time now

sfc scannow finds problems but cannot repair them, so i ran SFCFix

Here is the log from SFCFix and CBS, any tips on how to repair this ?

I still have som driver errors etc, can i safely try scannow and run windows update now ?

Or simply try to update directly to win 10

Great. Do not install Windows 10 yet, best to have Windows 7 running without update errors first.

SFC Scan
  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each.

    Code: 
    sfc /scannow
    Wait for this to finish before you continue

    Code: 
    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.
    Note: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the download link.
